What information can you preview?

The right audience needs context. Review names, professional details, company information, and recorded locations in a horizontally scrollable table, with one field per column.

Fields available across the database; availability varies by record and audience.
Field groupDetails you can inspect
Contact details

Full name, first and last name, email, mobile phone, office / business phone, and fax.

Email and phone details are partially masked in previews. Phone coverage varies by audience.
Professional background

Job title, profession / subcategory, medical specialty, subspecialty, and association.

Use these fields to distinguish a person’s role from a license classification or company industry.
Company information

Company name, website, industry, employee range, revenue range, SIC codes, and LinkedIn information.

Company details appear where recorded; a professional record may not include an employer.
Location

Address, city, county, state, ZIP code, and country.

Florida targeting uses the standardized address stored for the contact, which may be a mailing or practice address.
License information

License number, type, state, status, issue date, and expiration date.

Available for relevant records. Recorded license details are not a live confirmation of license status.

Mobile Phone and Office / Business Phone stay separate. Empty columns are hidden from the displayed preview, and more complete records appear first. Product pages also show populated-field counts across the matching audience.

FROM A BROAD SEARCH TO A USEFUL AUDIENCE

Build a Florida contact list in three steps.

  1. 1

Choose who belongs in the list.

Open a profession or industry product to read its audience definition. For a custom search, select one or more professions, specialties, job titles, or company industries in the list builder.

  2. 2

    Set your local market.

Choose counties, cities, or ZIP codes instead of treating the whole state as one territory. Compare the matching unique email count as filters change. Add phone or LinkedIn availability when those fields matter.

  3. 3

Inspect the match, then save it.

Review the protected preview and available fields. Sign in to save the audience’s filters and return to the search later. A saved audience preserves your selection criteria rather than a fixed downloaded file.

UNDERSTAND WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN

Clear counts.
Visible context.

Florida Span is designed to help you evaluate an audience before you commit to it. The most useful list is the one whose coverage and definitions match your needs.

Explore the database
Email addresses, counted once per audience.
Matching records are deduplicated by email. Separate product audiences can overlap, and an email count is not a count of unique people, companies, or currently deliverable mailboxes.
Florida scope, based on the stored address.
Searches include contacts with a standardized Florida address. A Florida license alone does not place a contact in the audience, and a recorded address does not establish current residence or employment.
Standard fields, with the original context retained.
Similar source columns are brought into consistent customer fields. Job titles, professional classifications, medical specialties, and company industries remain distinct so you can understand why a record matches.
A preview you can evaluate.
Counts are checked against the database, while email and phone details stay partially masked. Field availability varies. Recorded email statuses and validation dates should not be read as a current deliverability guarantee.

Questions about Florida email lists

Know what you are selecting, what the counts represent, and what you can do on Florida Span today.

What is a Florida business email list?

It is an audience of contacts associated with Florida businesses or professional roles, selected for a specific purpose. Florida Span lets you start with a profession, company industry, job title, or location and inspect the matching records. The database includes both business-domain and personal-domain email addresses.

Does every result have an email address?

Yes. Search results require a populated email address that passes a basic format check. Audience totals count distinct matching email addresses. A format check does not confirm that a mailbox is active, deliverable, or opted in to receive marketing.

Can I combine professions, job titles, and locations?

Yes. Select multiple values within a filter to include any of those values. Different filters combine to narrow the audience. For example, Nurses plus the Registered Nurse specialty and Broward County returns records matching that combination.

Are city lists and county lists the same?

No. A Miami city audience uses the recorded city, while a Miami-Dade County audience uses the recorded county. These can produce different results. County and city product pages show their own counts and profession breakdowns; ZIP codes are also selectable in the list builder.

Why can email counts overlap between lists?

A matching email address can belong to more than one profession, specialty, or product audience. Each audience is deduplicated separately, so adding product counts together will not give the statewide total or a count of unique people.

Can I see the data before creating an account?

Yes. Open a product page or the list builder to see counts and matching previews without signing in. Previews show available fields with partially masked contact details. Sign in when you want to save an audience’s filters and revisit the search.

Can I buy or download a contact list now?

The current site supports audience research, protected previews, and saved searches. Paid checkout and real-contact exports are not enabled yet. The demonstration CSV in the navigation contains fictional contacts to illustrate a file format.

How should I interpret the dates and email status fields?

A count check date tells you when the audience was queried, not when every contact was updated. Recorded validation dates and email labels describe information held in the database; they do not guarantee current mailbox availability, employment, permission to contact, or campaign results.
